Tootuff badly done sketch

Well, I got it all crap, but this here is a French character I accedentally found out about. [link]
Found him in a videogame for GBA called "Tootuff the Gagmaker"(You basically go around trying to prank people and avoid them when they rush at you to kick your ass.), but it's obviously a licence character, so I looked up some stuff about him... Haven't found much, but I've grown to like what I have seen.
