Sonic Zeroes

Well, it started off as an attempt to draw Batty Buddy and his MPD gal pal Basket Kate as Sonic characters, then I realised that I was one short of a Sonic Heroes team, so I threw in my old chum Ralph the Mongoose as the Speed character(Since weasels and mongeese are in the same family, I based his Sonic design off of Fang/Nack the Weasel/Sniper... He doesn't get enough fanart anyway- I like him a lot...) The whole picture took a lot longer then you might think it would cause I was practicing using masks.

With a batch of series-less cartoon characters like this, just imagine how the Team Blast would look. I'm thinking Kate pulls out a watch from Batty's backpack, and hypnotises Ralph into thinking that the enemies are snakes...

The characters are mine, the style, concept and about 80% of the logo belongs to Sega.
