Roboshark Reborn

Many years ago, I used to draw runE Gnoz the Masterless(The closest thing I have to an villian as malicious as, say, Mumra from the Thundercats) with a large machanical great white shark that he built from spare parts(I'm more of a fan of makos in the shark department, but great whites are just huge and intimidating.) that he simply called Robotshark.
Roboshark is runE's sidekick, transportation(Remember, runE can't fly due to the holes in his wings), and only freind. He's been programmed to cause distruction and death on command, and his red "nose" can open up producing everything from a death ray to a toothpick, but due to an error that's never been discovered, Robo is in fact, a coward at heart. He'll smash up the landscape very well(He's compleatly aquatic, but is strong enough to create underground rivers through rock) but will run(Or, rather, swim real fast) from the silliest of phobias.

Anyway, since runE's undergone a bit of a design change, so has his computerized comrad, but since it's been a while I'm not satisfied. Any suggestions on ways to make him look better?
