as for critic, I would say the lines maybe could be better. Yes I know, it's sometimes terrible to get clean lines with pencils. But if you got photoshop/or other paint-like program, you can probably do the lines just a little bit darker, and a little bit blurry, and do them darker again. (It helps sometimes...
(you could also redraw the picture with pen/ink, and erase the pencil after that, but it can be risky, if you like the pencil version
Oh, and another thing is that I think you forgot his sleeve on the one arm. Or?..
other than that, I absolute adore the use of face/ expression here

I'm currently working without any program to clean up the lines(A friend sent me one on the grounds that he "Didn't want to see any more black-and-white stuff out of me." but my computer bit it since then...

Oh then I would give you an advice, if you want clean black lines.
It's simple drawing first in pencil (not draw way to hard, "so it will be possible to erase").
Then you can draw it over with a normal black pen (that you like to draw with).
After that, erase the pencil lines, voila. (oh, and be careful not to erase one sec after you drawn something, make sure the ink is dry
(you chose what you prefer to use as a normal eraser, or art eraser [link] I think art eraser is better. since it don't leaves hundreds of crumbles everywhere
