All hail Rufus, my favorite new face on the Street Fighter ranks... as most of you know, I think this guy is 50% hilarity, and 50% awesome. HELL, THE GUY LEARNED HOW TO FIGHT VIA A CORISPONANCE CLASS, JUMPS AROUND LIKE A MIX BETWEEN A POWER RANGER AND FAT BASTARD, AND HIS WHOLE DESIGN LOOKS LIKE A HUMAN CARTOON-STYLE BOMB(Look at his ponytail thing as a wick and you'll see my connection)! What's NOT to like about him...

Not to mention that belly's always in motion, and he talks up a storm when he wins. Forget those OTHER losers, Rufus is the fighter for me.
